The leadership team seem unable to be able to make decisions, with the CEO one of the main culprits. Information is poorly communicated to the wider team, with managers often left in the dark about key changes or developments. 'Strategy' seems to mean a few topline ideas, with no substance as to how we're actually supposed to achieve them and there is no transparency about the important things. People are not given clear guidance on what's expected of them, and the CEO is barely visible.
