Pros

Free Coffee. Fun people working next to you.

Cons

Company does a little baiting to get you in the door promising tons of money, generous pay during training, promotions after 6 months. Then you arrive and you're working 12 hours a day, no vacation the first year. Focus is on Sale Sale Sale. They will try to make you think different but that is not the case. Upon arrival the guy who recruited me had quit or was fired. First red flag. Then the person who was suppose to be mentor after training quit. Then a trainer quit. Everyone with a brain was quitting. Tons of Red Flags Insurance....for your family its over 1k a month. Single its over $500. They do not subsidize. Cameras Everywhere aka the "eye in the sky" Horrible mentors/coaching Expect you to mold into what they want. No job security... a person working there 7yrs said "I don't know what day will be my last because they could fire me any day." Everyone you're suppose to look up to quits. Send you anywhere with no regards to your family Upper Management does not care about you Top employee literally walked out of the company last week telling the owners to "Call my lawyer."

Pros

Benefits are pretty good Free lunches for every same day sale

Cons

-They low ball your salary and you make peanuts for commissions -Micromanaged all day via Teams and e-mails -They give you scripts to read to your patients that sound ridiculous and robotic and they test you on those scripts and then listen in on your appointments and critique you if you don't make a sale -Management gossips to employees about other employees and plays favorites -If you are getting harassed management and HR does nothing about it... they just make your life hell hoping that you will quit -HCP's are forced to announce every sale that they make in group chats so everyone knows who is doing better and making more money. -Huge PCC turnover so HCP's are expected to do the work of 2 people
