      Pros

      Lots of creative and friendly people. This is a good company to get in for work experience, but get out relatively quickly for a better structured company.

      Cons

      low pay for job responsibilities, no training or secure career track, no transparency from executives, devalues meaningful work for money grab schemes, and repeated union busting.

      Pros

      Well-organized and good communication. As a contractor, I found Hearst to be a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons to report other than that the accounts payable is out of North Carolina and can take 60 days to receive payment.
