Great people, supportive and understanding immediate supervisors who listen to suggestions and correct problems. Casual atmosphere with room to speak freely, laugh and have fun to break the stress of ongoing news deadlines.
Cons
Upper management entrenched, refusing to recognize a series of bad hires and the problems with those hires. Employees who predated this management are generally ignored and disregarded while the bad hires are the favorites.
