Pros

If you have no other job and do not want to be bothered by any one , mangers , co-workers.Keep your performance up and no one talks to you.I don't know if that is a pro but you have to grasp at straws with this place.

Cons

No salary increases.Over priced health insurance. No positive recognition for a job well done. Many of the employees are under the constant though that they will be let go soon.

Pros

I love working at Hearst in the Baltimore, Maryland market. I have worked for many radio stations over the past nearly 40 years and this is one of the best companies as far as working environment. I really feel cared for here.

Cons

On a personal level, I've had a hard time getting full time employment within the company, which is discouraging. Also, it takes forever for management to make hiring decisions.
