Heart Creative managers and owners highly encourage creativity. I loved my immediate team, everyone was always so kind. Owners were as transparent as possible with company goals and trajectory. Their vision for the future was always inspiring. We worked on fun projects and an interesting set of diverse clients.

I worked at Heart before the pandemic, I had a good experience.

My colleagues at Heart were some of the most talented and thoughtful people I have ever worked with, the food was delicious, and we created some really beautiful work.

Leadership is completely out of touch with their employees and they have no idea how to run a successful agency. We constantly sold services that no one knew how to execute with unrealistic budgets and timelines. The owners lead with their egos and emotions which make it impossible to make improvements. They are rude and they do not care about their employees, don't be fooled by the "cool" facade or the supposed values - these are a lie. This is not a healthy work environment at all. Everyone at the company is burnt out and overworked. When we tried to communicate with leadership about this issue, all we received were empty promises, gaslighting, and toxic positivity. Clients are unhappy because of so much turnover and internal chaos which makes all of the above even more difficult to deal with as an employee. Leadership does not support the team at all when it comes to turning around a client relationship, instead, they play the blame game and never take responsibility for their part in the downfall. Overall all working at Heart Creative is absolutely exhausting, the pay is extremely low, and leadership is terrible. Like another reviewer said - You can definitely do better!
