- Management shows favoritism to certain team members.
- Change fatigue is next level at this company. It's one thing to pivot, it's another to throw 10 things at a wall and see which one sticks.
- Team members manipulate work to hit commission making it an unfair and toxic environment.
- Managers do not listen to the team when a problem is presented. When the issue arises again, team members are blamed or gaslit.
- There is a pattern with managers sharing personal information about employees. One manager shared details about an employee's personal situation at home. Not for any work related reason, but to complain and demean someone who was already in a difficult position. It was concerning and left me uncomfortable.
- Managers protect each other at all turns especially the ones that keep bragging about being there 6 years.
- Customers complain about being inundated with marketing, outreach, phone calls, voicemails, text messages from Hearth. Instead of listening, they set up more automated outreach emails and ignored our concerns.
