      Pros

      great residents that really do deserve the best care they can get

      unfortunately they don't get it here because management doesn't support the people who work there and try their best to give the best care possible. They have no clue what is going on at the top. very selfish people own/run this

      flexible hours per diem, kind staff

      short staffed so not a lot of supervision, ton of responsibility for supervising roughly 20 residents when nursing was on breaks
