Kinda sucked - Sales Heartland Retirement Group Employee Review

Cold calling sucks. Supervisors are supportive but not always the most skilled at supervising. It feels like taking advantage of old people. You feel like a jerk showing up at doorsteps and often visibly irritating people and intruding. So exhausting talking to the old people and then not getting a sale while you hear them talk about the same boring crap all day and have to pretend like you care. Also, some of the sales team were a little egotistical.
