      Pros

      Rewarding compensation structure; employees felt like they were sharing in the company's success. Very professional environment. Mature development processes and training ; the company really had their act together. Interesting work and top-notch colleagues.

      Cons

      Long hours Good luck taking vacation when you want it The company was acquired by Medtronic and Engineering in Massachusetts is in the process of being dismantled; too bad, this was a great company.
