Pros
Some colleagues were supportive and hardworking. The role itself had potential, but the environment made it unsustainable.
Cons
There is a serious lack of empathy and flexibility at this company, especially for working parents. I was penalized (via a pay deduction) for taking two hours off to pick up my sick 8-year-old daughter from school—something any decent employer would handle with basic understanding or allow through time-off protocols. When I calmly questioned this decision and stood up for myself, I was fired.
The culture is top-down micromanagement, with the MD heavily involved in every detail, creating an atmosphere of fear and control rather than trust. HR is not a safe or supportive space—my concerns were dismissed outright, and the attitude was defensive rather than solution-oriented.
