Good culture that continues to evolve in a positive direction, employees are autonomous and trusted by the owner, interesting niche market, great products, providing an outstanding customer experience is paramount, generous and caring owner and staff.

Providing an inside lunch table would be a nice addition to the table and umbrella on the outside deck.

Small office and minimal structure made ot feel like there was some freedom and room to breath/grow.

Owner/manager can be moody and unpredictable. Customer base is tough to work with and there are no benefits.
