Flexible schedule for a professional position having the sublime work/family balance we all desire. Some of the nicest people that you would ever want to work with.
Cons
Work team is remote across the US so having engagement/sharing meetings and technical trainings must be a focus on an ongoing basis. There has been significant improvement here and we appreciate being heard and having such a positive response.
