Supportive team, friendly atmosphere, useful hands-on experience, and the opportunity to learn more about the automotive business in a real working environment. I appreciated the chance to improve my communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Some tasks can become repetitive, and at times there could be clearer structure or more detailed onboarding for interns. A bit more feedback during the internship would also help interns improve faster.
