Pros
The people at Heggerty are among the most passionate, hardworking, and collaborative people I have ever worked with. We have a fantastic product, that actually makes a difference in the lives of children and educators. Excellent work life balance and good time off, including the week between Christmas and New Years. We are in a moment of growth and I’m excited to see what the future holds!
Cons
We are currently a small, but growing, team and there is a lot to be done. It can feel overwhelming at times but there is investment happening in people and systems to help us scale effectively.
