      Pros

      good place to learn things, friendly co-worker. the only 2 reason why most people stay & work here.

      Cons

      1. low salary. IT engineer salary is the same with if you work at KFC or McDonalds. Grab driver can earn more without need of qualification or technical knowledge 2. Too many people doing administration & management work >80%. Only 20% doing the actual technical work needed 3. Too many seniors working more than 10-20 years. Mostly people who dont have any value if they quit this company & work elsewhere. How are the new people going to move up

      Helpful colleagues Outside of KL, less traffic jam

      Cons

      -Below market salary - fresh grade don't apply unless you have experience where you can demand. Even so, it still below market -No synergy and passion by top management to drive the business. -Top management seems like in their own world, enjoying their well paid perks.

      There's nothing much to do. It stressed me out that I merely came to work to do nothing.
