-low pay -lack of appreciation for deserving employees -Upper Management quoted as saying a few really offensive things that confirm they don't value employees, especially those who are true assets. -Salaried employees can expect Multiple mandatory extra work days without the compensation of a day off to make up for a completely lost weekend, work 12 days in a row! -Mandatory 9.5 hour work days for salaried employees
