Pros

-The Service Department is not micro-managed. This can prove difficult for some but allows independent workers to flourish. -Management is very responsive to personal needs and has always been accommodating within reason.

Cons

-With the company growth come the expected growing pains. A recent move to a new location has improved the physical needs and the inter-department boundaries/communications are improving. -Company is extremely sales focused but is growing to better meet post-sale customer needs
