Every one is geek around you and so you will be. Treating real world problem statement as a game and solving it like a gamification with high ownership and high curiosity.

      Not came across cons yet, but I think its a great fit if you believe in fast paced, high ownership, high risk, high reward, low work life balance and more shipping.
