      Pros

      Nice people, fun and cool ambient, market competitive paying, good location, average food paying and cool core business with high chances of success.

      Cons

      No healthcare, dental or other good benefits besides commuter and lunch. Too many leaders and sometimes confused leadership. Too local business.
