Pros
The work is challenging and always kept one on his toes. If you like doing something that is different, unique and pulsating, this is the space to do so. Each and every assignment was different and required that I employ specific skills in order for me to achieve the required results.
Cons
The pay is so low and at times it felt like I was volunteering. I mean when I looked at the time and effort I put on each and every assignment and the pay, the difference was so huge because it showed that the financial relationship was one sided and benefited the employer. The other thing was that one had to always use his money to complete the allocated assignments and claim a refund which will be paid without interest. On the last occasion my refund was paid almost three months after I had completed my assignments.
