Something Helios does very well is put their money where their mouth is when it comes to taking care of employees. Even in difficult times, people are treated with dignity and class, even the executive staff seems to recognize the human element in business decisions, and they have demonstrated a willingness to do the right thing to take care of people when many large publicly traded companies do not. There is a strong focus on career development. I have encountered far fewer toxic individuals here than anywhere else I have worked.
