      Pros

      Relaxed atmosphere easy to work for. Work was a combination of maintenance and an operator so it had a lot of flexibility.

      Cons

      Lost Funding. There was always the need to get more venture capital from the investors and we were unable to raise more money.

      Pros

      Everyone was friendly, and worked hard. Management was open, and HR did a good job of building a community with the employees.

      Company no longer exists since investors pulled out

      Pros

      I enjoyed working with every person at HelioVolt. The management staff was open and honest with their updates on the company. I wish all former employees the best of luck in their new opportunities.

      Cons

      Unfortunately the company is in the process of folding, they gave it a great shot!
