Some benefits but that goes out the window when management is bad and turnover is frequent.

Hot mess. The good reviews are fake. The company would tell employees to add good reviews so that it looks good to prospects. This place is toxic. from top to bottom. No one truly cares about the employees. It's all nepotism. Run by private equity who hired their buddies to "run" the show. The ones carrying the weight of work are the lower level employees, while the c-level execs cash in and show up. So many rounds of layoffs happened in 2022-2023 and handled so poorly. Managers weren't notified their employees were being let go. HR is the absolute worst i've seen in my years in the corporate world. They never sent out benefits paperwork after the layoffs, leaving some employees without COBRA coverage. I would highly consider looking elsewhere if you care about your mental health and work life balance. Things have not changed since 2022. The toxic culture is still prevalent in 2025. Management has not made any changes.
