At Helium 10, we are committed to fostering a comfortable, transparent and collaborative environment for all our employees so we are truly disappointed to hear about how you feel about some of your experiences. We believe our dedication to our employees is shown through our actions in the appreciation we show them on a daily basis. We have grown tremendously as a company over the last year, not only in employee numbers but also in mastering how to manage the company as we grow. We feel we have done a great job so far. One of our core values is integrity and we take pride in implementing that in our daily efforts.
But as a fast-growing company, we sometimes miss the mark; in this case, it's clear we did not satisfy the expectations you had when you chose to work with us. We set a high standard for ourselves, our managers & team-members, and are truly sorry to hear you felt that standard was not met in your interaction with our business. Our customers’ success is our number one priority and we cannot accomplish that if we fail to inspire our wonderful team on a daily basis. We take all feedback seriously and into consideration.
