Pros

-Smaller company, so the work that you do here really makes an impact. There are a lot of opportunities to grow personally and professionally. -Innovative company that is always looking to improve. -Fun culture that's full of people who care about doing great work.

Cons

Can't think of any for myself personally. You might not do well here if you are coming from a bigger company where you are used to more standardized processes and people telling you exactly what to do. You have to kind of hit the ground running here and be able to work independently.

CEO knows how to sell a vision.

Cons

Numerous - there is a significant lack of leadership, integrity and professionalism. Leadership team fears the CEO because he is irrational and sporadic. He's too arrogant to take advice from anyone who doesn't agree with him, and too inexperienced to run an effective company. Have decreased from ~60 to ~40 employees in 2 years. Have also had significant turnover amongst senior team members in last 3-5 years. Many others on the verge of leaving.
