They will always support your personal/family decisions and be there for you in the hardest times. There is constant encouragement of employees to take care of personal needs without requirement for expectations. The culture is designed to make all feel comfortable with an open forum office area. Individuals are encouraged to be themselves and allow their personalities to show. As in every place to work, there will inevitably conflict that arises, and when such does happen steps have been put into place to ensure an ongoing professional relationship can be preserved.
