Pros

Honestly, there are no real pros.

Cons

No Learning Opportunity: You won’t get to work on meaningful projects that actually improve your skills. Most of the work revolves around using AI tools to generate code, which creates a long-term handicap for your own development as a programmer. Toxic Work Environment: Managers promise support if you face difficulties, but in reality, you will receive no help. Instead, you’ll be blamed and pressured. Excessive Stress: Unnecessary stress is created at every step. The environment is more about pressure than productivity. Exploitation of Time: You’ll often be forced to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday included). If you refuse, you’re threatened with termination. Work-life balance simply doesn’t exist here. Zero Professionalism: There is no professionalism in handling employees, deadlines, or communication. Everything feels disorganized and hostile. Empty Promises: They say they will guide you, but in practice, you are left alone with unrealistic expectations. Career Risk: The over-dependency on AI for coding means you are not truly learning or building expertise. This can seriously harm your career growth in the long run. Another major issue is the lack of experienced leadership. Most of the team is run by fresh 2023 graduates who themselves have very little industry experience. This results in poor decision-making, zero mentorship, and no structured learning environment. Without senior guidance, the company feels more like a college project group than a professional workplace.

Pros

1. Innovation & growth – Constant exposure to new technologies and problem-solving keeps your skills sharp. 2. High pay & flexibility – Many tech companies offer great salaries, remote options, and work-life balance perks.

Cons

1. Fast-paced & stressful – Tight deadlines and ever-changing tech stacks can cause burnout. 2. Job instability – Market shifts or layoffs hit tech roles quickly since they depend on funding and demand.
