Pros

8 hour schedule with paid overtime

Cons

The working environment in recent months has been highly problematic, characterized by a strong sense of insecurity and a continuous exposure of employees to a toxic atmosphere, which exacerbated stress and psychological strain. Regarding compensation, the initial salary was acceptable; however, the situation was disappointing over time, as there was no substantial progress, either in terms of financial growth or hierarchical advancement. Furthermore, there was a noticeable sense that promotions and opportunities for professional development largely depend on personal connections and the contacts one has within the company. As a result, some executives remain unaffected by the consequences of their mistakes, despite their obvious inefficiency, both in terms of work procedures and personal shortcomings, which are often linked to their inability to separate professional from personal relationships.
