The managers lead with professionalism and kindness which sets the tone for a quality company culture. The employee discounts for Hello Bello products provide a nice perk as well.

      Coworkers are supportive, tight-knit and always looking to help. It is super collaborative environment. Everyone goes beyond their job expectations to achieve as much as possible.

      Cons

      It is a growing company and that does come with changes. However, everyone works through them as a team.
