Flexible working time, team member are quite supportive

The salary is not paid on time. I heard that this issue has been ongoing in the Vietnam market since January. Six months have passed, but the company's financial situation does not seem to have improved. Candidates should take this into consideration before applying. All the good people left the company and the situation become worst & worst. There are no other benefit beside salary.

- good colleagues, become friends - learn on the job, faster learning curve - ok pay - remote work possible

- no salary on time for a year, then only get half after 10 days - no communication of late salary, no sorry, no care - too much restructure no solution - not focused on true problem, keep focus on revenue, no one interested as staff don't feel valued - mindset very toxic and olden times, like slave - health company but have to work when sick, management will phone you - no boundaries but high expectations
