Well established company to work for

May not be consistent in working hours

- Some nice perks (tickets to theme parks, dinners, etc.) - A good place to make some friends - Good place to work right out of college to learn some base industry skills and gain experience quickly

- the hours - I understand it is "the nature of the beast" but there needs to be more (competent) employees then so some employees are not working 16 hour days most days of the week. - the pay... when calculated out over the # of hours worked, it is ridiculous. - promotions should not be given because of someone's looks or personalities. Promotions should be given to those who do a job well done.
