The management in this company is for sure one of the best I’ve ever seen in a restaurant or any hospitality businesses. The vibe is really good, and the managers make sure that the work environment stays that way. All these qualities make our work much more enjoyable.
Cons
Perhaps they should do more company events and team buildings, even though I know they are planning to do so.
