Loads of variety and opportunities for growth Support with career development Great environment that rewards creativity Friendly team Great culture and autonomy with role Exposure to so many different brands and companies both from a marketing but also broader operations perspective - really great insights gained around how big companies operate

Cons

Some late nights, not your traditional corporate gig with set hours. You will put in some hours as required around your work load but it's very manageable. Multi-tasking is a must - if you're not someone who can juggle priorities and manage your time you'll find it tough.

Pros

The people there were lovely! Was great working with people who truly celebrate the wins. The company is also very open to putting employees through formal training , which helped my career.

Cons

Bit of a chop shop. The general sentiment was the faster the better. Some clients were tiny and incredibly dull to work on. You only did well at this company if you were lucky enough to be put on a big client - seemed like luck of the draw.
