Some students are unmotivated, the training on Editate is thin - you have to figure a lot out for yourself or be willing to ask a lot of questions.

The people working here are fantastic and professional. I'm definitely spoiled and not as grateful as I should be!

Depends on your role. If you're an essay coach, there's not much room for upward mobility, but then again, you're not really in it for that reason.
