Pros

Has a huge opportunities both local and global setting

Cons

Let’s be honest the HR department, especially in Global Business Services, is toxic. The way people work and interact here is unhealthy and demoralizing. Office politics run deep, favoritism is rampant, and confidentiality doesn’t exist. If you speak up, do well, or genuinely try to help others, you're not recognized — you're treated like a threat. Instead of fostering collaboration and trust, certain individuals go out of their way to make others feel like they don’t belong. They take things personally, hold grudges, and weaponize their positions. It’s disheartening and exhausting to see this behavior tolerated or worse, rewarded. If leadership truly wants to understand why people are leaving, they need to stop listening to rehearsed surface-level answers and start looking at the real culture inside the team Diana and Eya stop being so blind about yourselves

Pros

I cannot identify any positives to mention.

Cons

Power tripping is normalized, and favoritism is shown only to those close to higher management. The environment is draining and filled with uncertainties. Incompetent leadership perpetuates drama, which has unfortunately become a frequent occurrence. Regarding HR, the situation with HR from Palawan is particularly challenging. My experience was very traumatic, and I never had the opportunity to provide this feedback to the HR team in Palawan before leaving, fearing potential repercussions. They are the leaders in spreading gossip, and confidentiality is not their priority.

Pros

I had a great team, and my team leader was very approachable and supportive. My coworkers were also very helpful, and the company provided competitive benefits and salary, especially for multilingual employees.

Cons

It was a very stressful environment due to the high volume of calls and many customers complaining. Although the account was not directly handled here, we were responsible for managing it. We also had to handle up to three chats at the same time during peak hours, along with continuous calls without much break time. Salary increases depended on annual KPIs and performance evaluations, typically around 5% of the base salary, which was relatively low.
