-Total lack of support from senior management, many of whom wouldn't know the definition of being a leader.
-So much backstabbing and behind-the-scenes manipulation.
-A completely unbalanced workload between managers.
-Tasked with overseeing entire departments alone with no support. -Being held accountable for other managers' downfalls.
-No training whatsoever, for managers, or hourly employees. Sure, they probably have some sort of "training process" created by people who have never even been inside the distribution center and have no clue how to do what each manager does, but no one would be able to find that information if they wanted to because it is probably buried in the tons and tons of useless Google Sheets and other forms that get created and forgotten just as quickly.
-Never given any explanation for sudden new changes to provide for team members, which made managers look incompetent, which, to be fair, many were anyway.
-No consistency in requirements of PPE or GMP between managers.
-No type of team environment existed. It was every man for themselves.
-The HR department was a total joke. They don't even know their own policies or processes.
-HR picked and chose favorites, just like senior leaders with their favorite managers. All others, might as well go ahead and quit. -----There is zero structure, at any level.
-Something is wrong when the building is burning through salaried positions as fast as the hourly team members.
-Don't get me started on the discrimination I witnessed.
-No one-on-ones or reviews.
-Working 6 pm to 6 am 4 nights a week.
-I could go on and on but you get the point
