- Lots of people under team lead level have been hired on limited contracts for the past 2 years. Due to the cost of laying off, the company is not renewing most of these contracts. It is not objective, and very grim as these are high performers meaning the company is left with low performers it cannot lay off.
- There are way too many directors and associate directors who sometimes dont even lead teams.
- Very little benefits.
- Little to no flexibility with regards to WFH. Everyone gets tracked.
