Great job Great company Great PTO policy

I cannot think of any downsides.

There are literally no pros.

Leadership and management are terrible/nonexistent. The software hardly works - so many glitches, so you’re constantly trying to ruffle the feathers of upset clients. Huge lack of culture and terribly low morale.
