- At times it may be a lot of work. However, for a team of this size, and for the technology being developed, it is understandably necessary in order to stay at the forefront of AV. Personally, I enjoyed the amount of work and was able to learn and grow a lot.

The pay is good. You're free to go to the office or not whenever you want. Cloud training infrastructure is solid.

Everyone is miserable: cameras are almost always off at all meetings so you feel like working with ghosts. You'll have a lot of manual labeling to do, which is quickly mentally draining (it's also utterly stupid to pay ML engineers to do that kind of menial work). You're expected to be available to work on weekends, since management is incapable of managing deadlines properly. The code base is a mess, and no one seems interested in fixing it. You will work on projects with zero vision of how your models will be used.
