1) No Management (All top management team members tenure is very less in couple of last years ) 2) No Employee Benefits (PF,Parking work life balance , late night calls,etc) 3) Very high level of Politics creating uncertainty and lack of job insecurity 4) Phenomenal level of attrition (Due to poor work environment , ambiguous reporting structure,too much interference from US team without understanding ground level realities) 5) Only maintenance project, No Trainings, No Growth 6)Employees are prompted to act as informers to US team and team members are suspicious of each other 7) Female employees are not given maternity benefits and rather forced to resigned 8) Most importantly employees are not give Hard copy of Offer,Appointment and Relieving letters severely effecting their employabilty.
