Pros
The people are the best thing about it. The mates you make there are some of the soundest people you'll meet but the managers and owners are hard work and have zero regard for your feelings, needs or wants. The pay is okay too
Cons
Micro managing, lies, underhand and forceful. Step out of line and you'll be sacked, they don't care about their employees unless you're in the top 1% of performers and it shows.
