Pros
Easy to work for. Nice office girls. Great referral program, if your referral stays you will get paid accordingly.
Cons
Not really a con for the caregiver, but prior to every pay they call the client to go over all caregivers shift to make sure all your work time is correct. Some clients get upset with this they don’t want to deal with it.
