Good intentions just not aligned - Area Leader Help at Home Employee Review

HR dept is way too involved and makes any change or issue exhausting to deal with. They stall actual progress, while not being immediately accessible for actual issues you need their assistance with. Also, some corporate depts have no idea how things work in a branch. They need to visit one before rolling out projects. It seems as though every dept is working within their own bubble on their own agendas without working towards a common goal of caring how their agenda impacts other initiatives.
