      There is no HR and management isn’t very supportive for personal development.

      Pros

      Very caring management, always go above and beyond to support employees, not only on the job but with our overall wellbeing. Interview process was reasonable.

      None I can think of. There can be many online systems to use, but this isn't necessarily the fault of the organization
