Pros
I think my coworkers are great, that's what keeps me here above all else. Everyone is passionate about learning/growing and I feel comfortable asking what seem like stupid questions. I enjoy approaching problems collaboratively with these people. My boss checks in regularly and is genuinely interested in making sure my experience at work is positive. Work/life balance is respected - I am not expected to work more than 40 hours in a week. It happens, but very rarely. The one time I had to work significant overtime, I was compensated. The work is remote now - which I really like - and I appreciate that we'll be having some occasional IRL get togethers moving forward. The annual retreat is fun too.
Cons
The company is still small enough that we don't get to be as picky as I think we'd like in terms of the work we take on...yet!
