Pros
- Fun, young and cool co-workers. A real family environment.
- Great mission -- to help people in need that need help the most.
- Good training ground. I learned a lot and got exposed to many cool things.
- Seemed to be growth potential. Some managers started as volunteers or assistants.
- I went home everyday feeling my job was rewarding and that I was appreciated.
Cons
- Pay is low. But I think that's to be expected in a nonprofit.
- Sometimes the clients lie, are ungrateful, or just not nice. This comes with the job.
- Parking was always super right (but free!)
- My computer was super slow and server would shut down almost every week (annoying!)
