As the firm grows, there have been natural growing pains—including a higher turnover rate—but this is largely due to evolving roles and rising standards. Leadership is actively addressing these challenges and is focused on creating more sustainable processes and long-term career paths.

Firm had no clear policy for remote/hybrid/in-office attendance. Could work in your favor if you flew under the radar. If not, then restrictions would be place arbitrability. Most support staff did not work at full capacity. Low expectations for quality work.

So many to list I don't know where to begin. This is not a real law firm. If you want a real career, don't work here. Don't be fooled by the recruiting process. They are all empty promises. People literally have no idea what they are talking about. Everything is being made up as they go. You will leave with no transferable skills. There is no growth opportunity. Firm ownership is erratic, chaotic, and all over the place creating an unstable, toxic, and honestly an abusive environment. It's shocking for a company that is supposed to be providing professional services. The turnover is unreal. The "leadership" has no idea how to manage or implement practical, current legal practices. Working here was the biggest waste of my time. Every day was just ridiculous.
