Pros

A lot of the people that work here are super sweet and nice, like my coworkers were very understanding and nice.

Cons

Brace yourselves because I am going to go on a rant. I could write a book about this place. Its very sad how they treat people at this place. I worked there for a while and I can tell you I’ve seen people being treated in a very horrible manner. Just driving to work every day gave me anxiety. I don't know if the Ceos don't know this, but some supervisors can be very toxic and very nasty. I can’t speak about all of them of course because I haven’t worked with every single supervisor. People get talked to in a very condescending way. My coworkers and I were constantly talked down to every single day. If we made a simple mistake, we were basically called stupid. They will never say it straight to your face, but the tone that is being used says it all. And the looks, oh the looks they give you. I swear even your worst enemy would never do this to you. You will straight up be told you can’t think. And no one talks back or defends him or herself, because they are mature civil adults who try to level with these immature people. Every workplace no matter where, can have good and bad, not just this place. But this place does not value your mental health or respects you as human being. They don’t take into consideration your emotions and feelings. There are multiple days when I had no stress outside of work, but I find myself always on edge, anxious, and stressed at work. There were a few times were I felt like I was having a panic attack. One of my coworkers actually claimed she developed depression from this job. You have to realize at the end of the day that I value my mental health and I have self-respect, so I don’t want people to treat me this way. People get in trouble for helping their coworkers. We used to be told constantly, that we “talk too much” because God forbid you should actually socialize like a human being. It feels like you can’t even breathe at this place, without getting in trouble! Supervisors will even shut the phone in your face, people will throw you under the bus. Supervisors will literally be snakes, they will act one way in front of you and then cry to the CEO and feed him lies, which he believes because hes very loyal to them. Its all totally normal. All these stories I shared are things I’ve witnessed or were told to me by many other people. We once even had a meeting with the whole entire company, where we were told that if they hired monkeys they would be able to do our jobs better. All of this because of a mistake one person made. Onetime interns were told to dig through biohazard bins, that had sharp objects and things they shouldn’t be digging through, all of this because it was assumed, that a slide, which can be made again was thrown away. Also, besides the way they treat you, there is no room for growth here, they will give you a very hard time before they even consider teaching you something new. Because they believe everyone takes advantage of them and leaves, I am pretty sure multiple of people would have not have left if they were just treating us with respect. Many studies show that people leave jobs because of the way they are treated. The sad thing is this all sounds super dramatic, and I didn’t believe it when I first worked there until I experienced it and witnessed it first hand. I actually think the CEOs would try to fix things, I mean I want to believe it. But many people have told them out of care for the company, what the issues are and they didn’t want to believe it. So I am sorry what do you expect?
