Not enough business coming through to survive. A lot of small orders and too spread out between sales.

Insanely unorganized and they expect you to do things not in your job description and when you bring that up the owners get mad. They don't communicate with each other which often results in one person telling you to do something and then 3 others telling you to do 3 different things. absolute chaos.
